DESIGN CONSULTATION

Every Co Interiors project begins with a focused 90-minute in-home consultation. Experiencing the space firsthand allows us to better understand its scale, flow, natural light and existing conditions—as well as how you currently live in and use your home. This provides the foundation for more informed and meaningful guidance.
During the consultation, we focus on the questions, decisions and possibilities most relevant to your project. Whether you are beginning with an initial idea or looking for confidence in choices you have already made, the session is tailored to your specific needs and expectations. You will receive an experienced professional perspective, practical guidance and greater clarity on how to move forward.
For some clients, the consultation provides all the direction they need. For others, it becomes the first step toward a more comprehensive design engagement. If we determine that the project is a mutual fit, Co Interiors will follow up with a tailored proposal outlining the recommended scope, professional fees and next steps.

Where appropriate, we recommend adjustments before construction progresses.
For renovations, we study the existing home to understand what is working and where meaningful improvements can be made. For new construction, we learn from how your family currently lives so the new home can better support your routines, priorities and future needs.
From there, we develop a cohesive interior vision encompassing the relevant kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, millwork, lighting, plumbing, materials, finishes, drawings and detailed specifications. Throughout the project, we collaborate with your architect, builder, contractor and trades to communicate the design intent and keep each decision connected to the larger vision.
